Paraprint is primarily used in conservation for washing papers and water sensitive media via capillary action.
Paraprint OL60 is an acid-free non-woven material made from viscose and stabilised with an acrylic binder. Although a non-woven material, the parallel fibres allow water to travel in a single direction from a reservoir on a sloped surface, the resulting flow can provide a gentle washing action.
