As the climate changes the impacts can be seen in collections both in the home and in cultural heritage institutions. One of these impacts is an increase in mould outbreaks. In this session we will examine what causes mould, view examples of the damage it causes and explore how to prevent mould outbreaks. We will also look at the health hazards associated with mould and the steps you should take to reduce this risk.
