Heavy Duty Large Storage Tubes - 152mm Diameter (3 lengths | up to 1830mm)

Heavy duty archival roll storage tubes are acid-free and lignin-free. They are made of strong, acid free and lignin free board far superior to tubes with inner cores of kraft and other soft or weak fibres.

Heavy duty 5mm thickness Blue/grey Perma Dur board
Buffered for protection against migrant acidity
Board plies are glued with a water resistant neutral pH glue

These heavy duty large diameter tubes have a 152mm (6") inside diameter for special storage requirements. You can either insert items directly into a tube for storage or wind thinner items such as textiles or papers onto our 76mm (3") diameter tubes (see 'accessories to fit' below) and nest these inside the 152mm (6") tube.

Tubes and tube caps are sold separately. Plastazote Foam tube caps and spacers are an upgrade on standard plastic tube caps and offer further protection to stored items, see accessories to fit.
